  • Develop a continuous action of improvement of products, services and processes aimed at customer satisfaction, safety and health of personnel, respect for the environment and cost optimization


Responsible communication to stakeholders

  • Clear, concise and accurate communication
  • Respect for individual confidentiality and privacy


Workers' rights

  • Continuously stimulate the adequacy and awareness of staff to their role through training and training in order to obtain greater involvement
  • Act in the interest of maintaining a serene work environment trying to prevent or smooth out any critical issues of interpersonal relationship, collaboration and communication between people
  • Ensure a safe environment from any accidents and exposure to damage of any kind to contractors and visitors and of course to employees
  • Foster leadership, encourage teamwork and commitment to welcoming diversity by stimulating a culture of integration and collaboration



  • Comply with environmental regulatory requirements and pursue the improvement of the same


  • Minimize the impact of the company and our products on the environment, investing in circular economy projects
