Payments

There are different types of payment: credit, debit, prepaid cards and digital wallets.

The card circuits accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express.

The total amount will be charged at the time the order is sent. In order to ensure the security of payments made on the Site and prevent any fraud, we use the secure payment service which involves the use of the SSL security protocol. Confidential credit card data is encrypted and thus transmitted to the payment manager.

Our site never has access to and does not store the data of the credit card used to pay for the products. All payment information is encrypted to ensure maximum privacy. In the event of a return, refund or dispute of the order, both by the buyer, where admissible, and by the credit institution of the buyer, the refund or release of the amount collected will be contextually arranged.

The return times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and cannot be attributable to Eley's activity.

Once the transaction has been refunded, in no case can Eley be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the bank system not releasing the amount committed.
